More About the Founding Pro Hunter

“The love for hunting and the outdoors was passed down to me at an early age, by my Father, who spent his youth hunting with my Grandfather, in the great Zambezi valley, amongst other areas. Hunting in Rhodesia at the time, was the primary source of protein. My Grandfather was able to provide for his family whilst instilling the necessary role Hunting plays in an ecosystem and conservation thereof.

First qualifying as a Professional Hunter in 2005, I sidelined my passion in pursuit of a career in Civil Engineering.  After my studies, I continued working in the construction industry for eight years, including 4 years working and travelling overseas.

It was only through life’s twists and turns that I came to realise, life is fragile and nothing (besides death) is guaranteed.  I subsequently decided to follow my lifelong goal of becoming a full-time, Professional Hunter and Outfitter.

In 2013 I was fortunate enough to realise this goal. I am now able to provide for my family and conserve our natural resources, through hunting. Like many others, I have additional interests which I engage in when I’m not Hunting, but my passion is and will always remain, hunting with Clients and making their own dreams and hunting goals come true.”

I pride myself in offering memorable Hunting Safaris in Africa and I want to make your trip sensational.

There are two main categories of hunting we offer, namely rifle and bowhunting.

Rifle Hunting in Africa

  • The 30-06 is the most popular according to statistics and manufacturers
  • The .375 H&H and the .458 WIN are mostly used for big game hunting
  • The 7mm REM and .270 WIN are popular when hunting large plain’s game (long distance)
  • The .243 WIN, 223 REM, and 222 REM are popular when hunting small plain’s game

Furthermore, besides using a legal calibre for a specific species, the best calibre remains the weapon that you feel most comfortable with and are most comfortable using.

Hunting is conducted throughout the year but the majority of hunts are conducted from April,  through into November. Therefor, please be sure to book well in advance.
